Welcome to TheBedBox. TheBedBox is operated by Margdarshak Career Developers Pvt Ltd. By accessing this website or booking accommodation with us, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully.
Bookings & Pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting prices per room type and may vary based on availability, room condition, and other factors at the time of booking. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is collected at move-in and is fully refundable when the room is vacated in good condition.
Notice Period
Residents wishing to vacate must provide notice as per their signed agreement. Rent remains payable for the notice period regardless of move-out date within it.
Payments
All standard modes of digital payment are accepted. Rent is due monthly as agreed at check-in; late payments may attract additional charges as communicated by management.
House Rules
Residents are expected to maintain the property respectfully and follow the house rules shared at move-in, including quiet hours, guest policy, and shared-space etiquette. Repeated violations may result in termination of the agreement.
Limitation of Liability
TheBedBox is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Residents are encouraged to take reasonable precautions to secure their valuables.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
